The only thing better than their food is their service! I have been so impressed the times I have eaten here with the service, and not in a professional cheesecake factory server kind of way, but in a the server really likes their job and wants you to have the best possible experience kind of way. Also, the food is amazing and different. Definitely try it if you are able to.

The food is not real Mexican food. Missing flavor. But the drinks are really good. So definitely recommend the bar. Super nice too. Just wouldn't go for food.

We had guests from out of town with us. We were visiting the penny arcade across the street. I called ahead to be put on the waiting list. There were 9 of us. They called with our table 30 minutes later! Perfect timing! Everyone loved what they got. Especially our friends who got carne asada tacos. They even took an order to go so they could eat it for a late night snack. The service was awesome too! Thanks for a great experience! 😊

I had the taco salad w/garlic beef and my husband had a double beef patty burger w/steak fries. Tasty and filling. We were able to make two meals as the portions were large.

After finding a place to park I enjoyed a nice walk up the avenue to get to the place. I was able to appriciate the view before getting to the well known restaurant, and after waiting less than a minute to get seated I was able to order. The service was phenomenal and I was able to enjoy a series of drinks as well as my food. It's not often that the service is better than the delicious food!

Very good food and margaritas so big you can swim in them! Very friendly staff and beautiful surroundings, just all around enjoyable experience.

Ordered the street enchiladas and they were AMAZING!! The beans and rice were fantastic. The Salsa was very good and the chips were warm and fresh!! The presentation of the food was beautiful and every bite was delicious!! The service was excellent as well! I would highly recommend this place!!

Disappointed even in these times. Zero accommodations to covid assist. No menu. Period.Seriously. Must stand outside in the rain to read the menu taped to the window. Genius. . Cheese dip was clumpy. Fajitas undercooked. Just disappointed.

The food is downright amazing, and the margaritas even better. Went here with my new bride during our honeymoon and seriously couldn't be happier.

Excellent food and service!! The amount of food (and drink) is more than satisfying.... all 3 of us were full to the brim and had plenty leftover for another meal. Margaritas are twice the size you'd expect so be careful! :)

Only go here if you're willing to contract the caronavirus for a good meal. The person cleaning the tables does not wear a mask over her nose, hands you the silverware and chips with the dirty gloves she used to clean the tables with. Straws are unwrapped and slapped right on the table along with the dirty menus. The employee cleaning the tables does it right next to where you're eating and reuses the same dirty water. Food is great, but not worth it. I would even be worried to get takeout from this place.

I went there with two friends and I will start off by saying service was great and we loved the food. I got I believe it was call burrito from hell. It was hot and spicy to the point it kind of numbed my tongue but it had good flavor. We were all very happy with what we got. I would recommend it.

Meh! I live 2 blocks away and finally stopped by after seeing all the great reviews. Margarita was very weak. Food was mediocre. Music was instrumental "sweet child of mine". Very strange experience. Great TexMex restaurants in the area but this ain't one.

We went on a Tuesday night and wasn't very busy at all. Food and staff were awesome. Our waiter, Devon was awesome as well. The only down side was the lack of parking availability

I came 8/8/20 for carne asada, my food was cold and the sophie messed up the orders twice. My friend ordered chicken quesadillas and got beef, my food was cold. I ordered corn tortillas and received flour. At the end of my meal she was very disrespectful about the wrong orders. I was also charged with the wrong order as mine was 15 and I was charged 30$. sophie was rude about changing the price. all in all bad service. I shouldn’t had to pay for my meal or receive that treatment when I was respectful and just wanted to eat a meal

Food served hot! The food tasted amazing with wonderful flavors. The serving size was good for the amount paid. The wait staff didn't let any water get below half full. They were on it with our large group! Amazing service!!!

Best margaritas anywhere.

The margaritas are amazing!! Especially the Black Orchid! The appetizers were oh so good too. Really thought it was cool that all the margarita glasses were all hand blown, so none were exactly alike.

Margaritas were VERY overpriced and watered down. Literally couldn't taste a drop of alcohol. Terrible. Food was just mediocre. Server was good though.

Fantastic (strong) margaritas. Service was amazing, everyone was very attentive. Our server, Devin was on the ball and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was good, queso and salsa were great.

Loved the tortillas got a single chicken taco thought it was good. Salsa and chips wasn't my favorite though.

Had the California Burrito, it was very good. I could only eat half. My wife had the taquitos and enjoyed them as well. Excellent staff. Would recommend.

The food was below mediocre even for Tex Mex. Our server was great so it's not her fault but when my friend ordered a vegetarian burrito they literally stuffed it full of snow peas and baby carrots, it was literally the frozen vegetables from a big Costco bag. Two out of the three of us couldn't even finish the meal cuz it wasn't worth it I simply ordered a tamale because I wasn't all that hungry and it's probably the worst one I've ever had but it was edible

Went to eat here yesterday, Monday December 10, 2018. Service was fast and friendly and all our needs were met in a timely manner! Margaritas were big and tasty! The dessert, flan was average.... Not the best and not the worst. Overall it was a pleasant experience and Id recommend The Loop as a decent place to eat Mexican food in Manitou. Parking us horrible as is most all of Manitou- but its part of the adventure!

4 stars for the staff and 1/2 the food we had was good... the other 1/2 was meh. Maybe not the fault of “The Loop” we just are maybe used to a different kind of “Mexican”. Every thing was to spicy and the whit me queso just tasted like jalapeño... nothing special. Not sure I would go back BUT that just may be my particular taste. The building/ambience and staff were all AMAZING!!!

Delicious food with large portions! Our waiter was awesome! We will definitely be back!
